Here's a new flavor of Patti Cakes, one of my all time favorite quick cookies. This time in the much beloved combination of chocolate and peanut butter. In less than twenty minutes (prep and baking time) you'll have the most delicious, moist brownie-like cookies. Instant gratification!
I'm gifting these "biscuits" across the pond to my friend Marina who is celebrating her birthday today. Happy Happy Birthday M!

what do you mean "to rotate the baking sheets halfway? Aren't you just using one pan? Thank you for your response. Tammy
ReplyDeleteI normally use two baking sheets because the cookies are quite large and will spread when baking. You may not be able to fit all your cookies on one baking sheet.
DeleteClearly, I have no choice but to make these. They caught my eye on Tastespotting, and MY NAME IS MARINA. I've only ever met one other Marina. AND - Its not MY birthday, but its my husbands! Weird! I'm so making these tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteI cannot resist any peanut butter dessert, and these are no exception!
